Request your Bionic User ID

You're going to love using Bionic!

If you're on this page, it's probably because you want your very own Bionic Planner user ID. Submit the form on the right to request your ID.

Upon receipt, we'll set up your User ID as soon as possible. You'll receive an email with instructions.

Just to make sure...

Please note that your employer must have an active Bionic account that is in good standing in order for us to set up your User ID. If your company doesn't already have an account, you can request one over here.

If you're not sure, go ahead and submit your User ID request anyway. We'll verify during the process of setting up your User ID.
